The Role
This role is to ensure customers have the highest quality technical support, responsible for ensuring the experience of all customers and business partners, exceeds industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Logging, investigating, and resolving customer complaints related to electrophoresis and haemostasis equipment and assays.
- Ability to design, carry out and report complex scientific investigations.
- Communicate complex scientific information effectively.

- BSc in a scientific discipline
- Enthusiastic and hardworking
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Team oriented mindset
- Ability to design, carry out, and report complex scientific investigations
- Communicate complex scientific information effectively
- Excellent customer service skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office
- Available for occasional travel within the UK
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience in a technical support role
- Understanding of laboratory healthcare and / or in vitro diagnostics
- Knowledge of Haemostasis, Immunology, Haematology, or Biochemistry
- Understanding of Laboratory Information Systems (LIMS) / networking solutions
- Full UK driving license
