Due to continued growth, they're looking to welcome another talented engineer into their technical team.

2nd Line IT Support EngineerGateshead£27,000 - £32,000

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Providing 2nd line technical support to a diverse client base.
  • Supporting onsite client operations alongside remote troubleshooting.
  • Assisting with escalations from 1st line support to ensure swift resolutions.
  • Offering clear, communicative technical support to clients via email, phone, and in person.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to enhance IT systems and resolve technical issues.

Tech Requirements:

  • Active Directory
  • Office 365
  • Windows Server and/or Apple OS
  • Networking and VOIP
  • Hardware setups and troubleshooting
