Role Overview:In this role, you will provide advanced technical support for complex telecommunications issues, perform diagnostics, and maintain telecom systems.   • Deliver 3rd line support for telecom systems (VoIP, SIP, PSTN, mobile networks).

  • Lead telecom projects and manage critical incidents.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.
  • Implement process improvements in telecommunications.
