Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 3rd line support for telecom systems (VoIP, SIP, PSTN, mobile networks).
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
- Configure, maintain, and monitor telecom equipment.
- Lead telecom projects and manage critical incidents.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Implement process improvements in telecommunications.
