Our client is a leading Engineering company seeking a Mechanical Fitter due to growth.
The role involves general mechanical fitting, interpreting engineering assembly drawings, and assembling parts into sub-assemblies.
Candidates must be time-served Mechanical Fitters with experience in assembly and installations.
The position requires the ability to read technical documentation and adhere to manufacturing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
An excellent pay rate is offered for this dayshift role (Monday-Thursday), with overtime available.

The Company

Our client is a leading Engineering company. Due to growth, they are now looking for a Mechanical Fitter.

The Role

General mechanical fitting.
Interpret engineering assembly drawings, check parts before commencement of assembly.
Assemble and fit parts to form sub-assemblies, working at benches or directly on a machine structure.
To build assemblies to the stated assembly time and quality level.

The Person

Time Served Mechanical Fitter.
Experience in assembly.
Experience of installations.
Ability to read assembly/technical documentation such as drawings and work instructions.
Adhere to manufacturing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
