The client is a leading Engineering company seeking a Mechanical Fitter due to growth.
Candidates should be time-served Mechanical Fitters with experience in assembly and installations.
The role involves general mechanical fitting, interpreting engineering drawings, and assembling parts to form sub-assemblies.
The position offers an excellent pay rate with overtime available and is a dayshift role from Monday to Thursday.
Applicants must have the ability to read technical documentation and adhere to manufacturing Standard Operating Procedures.

The Company

Our client is a leading Engineering company. Due to growth, they are now looking for a Mechanical Fitter.

The Role

General mechanical fitting.
Interpret engineering assembly drawings, check parts before commencement of assembly.
Assemble and fit parts to form sub-assemblies, working at benches or directly on a machine structure.
To build assemblies to the stated assembly time and quality level.

The Person

Time Served Mechanical Fitter.
Experience in assembly.
Experience of installations.
Ability to read assembly/technical documentation such as drawings and work instructions.
Adhere to manufacturing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
