We are currently looking for a Raw Material Technician, to join our team at the Felling site. Reporting to the Quality Manager you will need to be hardworking and motivated with excellent communication skills. You will have a keen eye for detail to achieve the right first-time approach. Strong Communication skills are required to work within the team and directly with customers. Due to the fast pace of the food industry applicants must have good organisational skills, keen attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

This role is direct with Dalziel Ingredients and not an agency position. Full training provided.

Main Responsibilities

  • Raw material sampling against sampling plan
  • Maintaining raw material database, checking COAs against specification
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding raw material COAs and shelf-life extensions
  • Liaising with customers, warehouse staff and other Dalziel sites
  • Assisting in complaint investigations
  • Issuing shelf-life extensions for finished product
  • Micro submission forms
  • Assist in customer audits and traceability
  • Assist in not right first-time investigation
  • GMP Audits
  • Archiving of paperwork and raw material samples

The Role

  • Monday - Friday
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • 8.30am - 4.30pm
