Job Title: Locum Residential Conveyancer

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified professional to join one of our distinguished clients in Newcastle for an initial period of 3 months.
Working Arrangement: The position offers a hybrid working arrangement, with a preference for candidates who are available on a full-time basis.
Hourly Rate: DOE
Essential Requirements:
- Must be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX qualified.
- Must be comfortable managing their own caseloads with minimal supervision
Duties:
- Manage a caseload of freehold, leasehold, and shared ownership transactions, ensuring timely progress and completion.
- Conduct title investigations, property searches, and draft legal documents including contracts of sale and transfer deeds.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to facilitate smooth transactions. Handle exchange and completion processes, including coordinating funds and managing SDLT submissions.
