Minimum 2 years of experience in a Conveyancing Secretary role required

We are pleased to be recruiting for an experienced Legal Secretary to support the firms Conveyancing Team.

Located in Gateshead, my client is a well-established practice with multiple sites.

The role:

Audio Typing
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and mortgage advisers
Ordering online precontract searches
Drafting basic contracts and TR1’s
Submitting OS1 & K16 searches at HMLR
Drafting basic completion statements
Updating lender portals
Request redemption statements
Filing online applications
Diary management
File management

Salary flexible DOE.

The successful candidate will have a minimum 2 years of experience in a Conveyancing Secretary post.
