Thorn Baker Construction are looking for a Site Manager with Joinery experience for a fit-out project in Gateshead.Â

Hours: 07:00 - 17:00
Project start / end: 11/11/2024 / 7/2/2025
Duration: 11 weeks - Will be required to work at least one weekend to install a new electrical distribution board.

Person Specification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
- Managerial skills are essential
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Strong team player but also able to work as an individual
- Able to work in a busy environment under pressure
- Two commercial relevant References (essential)
- SMSTS (essential)
- First Aid Certification (essential)
- CSCS (essential)

- Produce safe and efficient sites
- Weekly submission of information including weekly timesheets, material sheets and plant & site checklists
