Job Title: Material Handler

Salary: £13.50 per hour

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Friday: 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Material Handler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in engineering environments, a valid FLT Counterbalance certification, and ideally, van driving experience. In this role, you will be responsible for handling and moving materials efficiently and safely, ensuring smooth operations within our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate FLT Counterbalance to move products and materials.
  • Handle and transport products in accordance with safety regulations.
  • Provide van driving support for material transport as needed.
  • Support engineering operations with material handling and inventory management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to all safety and operational procedures.

Requirements:

  • Valid FLT Counterbalance certification.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Previous experience in engineering environments.
  • Ideally, experience with van driving.
  • Ability to handle heavy products and materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and safety.
