Responsibilities:

As a Primary Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
  • Differentiate teaching strategies to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities and learning styles.
  • Monitor, assess, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupils’ development.
  • Promote a love for learning and encourage pupils to achieve their full potential.

Requirements:

As a Primary Teacher, you will:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in primary settings.
  • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
