Are you ready to jump into an exciting role where you can make a real impact? We are looking for a dedicated and organised Order Fulfilment Operative to join our dynamic team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love ensuring customer satisfaction, this is the perfect opportunity for you! �?
This will be working part time 3 days a week - 8 hour days.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare daily orders and packages for shipment with precision and care. ??
- Receive incoming shipments, checking for damages and verifying the correct items.
- Record purchase orders into our computer system efficiently.
- Weigh and measure shipments to ensure they meet specifications.
- Monitor shelves and update supplies as needed-keeping everything stocked and ready!
- Maintain organised shipping records and liaise with freight companies to keep things moving smoothly.
- Handle various administrative tasks as assigned by management.
- Pack and check orders against packing slips before shipping to guarantee accuracy. ?
- Prepare and ensure the accuracy of all waybills and shipping documents.
- Work under tight daily deadlines to pick and pack orders for courier collection.
- Communicate with customers via telephone/email to confirm orders and resolve any issues.
- Receive and stock new inventory, keeping everything tidy and organised.
- Process and restock product returns efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Maintain organised shipping records and invoices.
Who You Are:
- You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for organisation.
- You thrive under pressure and are able to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Strong communication skills are a must-both written and verbal! ????
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfilment setting is a plus.
