We are seeking an immediately available Payroll Supervisor to join our client's team in Gateshead.This is a fantastic opportunity for a payroll professional with experience in overseeing payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, and compliance with HMRC regulations.The role is on a permanent basis, and can be worked on a hybrid basis to suit your schedule.Key Responsibilities: 
  • Supervise end-to-end payroll processing for employees
  • Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and company policies
  • Manage payroll queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently
  • Liaise with finance and HR teams to streamline payroll operations
  • Support system improvements and reporting
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Payroll Supervisor or Senior Payroll Administrator
  • Strong understanding of UK payroll regulations, tax, and pensions
  • Experience with iTrent software (preferred)
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
