The Role of a Primary Supply Teacher:
As a Supply Teacher, you’ll:
- Deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Implement creative behaviour management strategies to motivate students.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, using results to plan future learning.
- Adapt quickly to different classroom environments while building strong relationships with schools.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
- Experience working with primary-age students.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to different teaching environments.
