Milk Education are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher looking to make a difference in a vibrant and supportive school community.
About the Role:
As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging lessons that cater to the needs of all students. You will inspire a love for learning, promote positive behaviour, and create an inclusive environment where every child can thrive. This role is suitable for both experienced teachers and ECTs (Early Career Teachers) who are eager to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons across the primary curriculum (KS1 or KS2)
- Differentiate teaching methods to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND
- Monitor and assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to support student development
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities and school events
About You:
We are looking for a dedicated professional who:
- Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or is currently completing their teacher training (ECTs welcome)
- Has a passion for teaching and helping children achieve their potential
- Is committed to creating an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is proactive, flexible, and able to work as part of a team
- Previous experience in a primary school setting is desirable but not essential
