The Role:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside experienced teachers to support classroom activities and help students achieve their academic potential. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a supportive educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons that inspire and motivate students.
- Provide one-on-one support to students who may need extra help with their learning.
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all students feel valued and supported.
- Support teachers in managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe learning environment.
- Prepare teaching materials and resources to enhance lesson delivery and student understanding.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to monitor and assess student progress.
Requirements:
- A degree in Education or a related field.
- Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on young learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn from experienced educators.
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is advantageous but not essential.
