Supply Teaching Assistant (Full time)

£350 - £450 per week

The School and Role

Vision for Education is looking for a committed and enthusiastic Supply Teaching Assistant for a full-time role at a reputable school in Gateshead, from January 2025. This position entails supporting children with various complex needs such as ASC (Autism) MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties) and PMLD (Profound Moderate Learning Difficulties, contributing to their educational and personal growth, and collaborating with teachers and staff to create an inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with pupils with SEND.
  • A passion for the progression of SEND pupils.
  • An ability to work as part of a team.
  • A nurturing and engaging personality.
  • Experience of working with EYFS/Primary/Secondary/post-16 pupils/or vulnerable adults.
