I’m excited to share a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager ready to take the next step in their career.

The Role:

We’re looking for a Project Manager experienced in managing projects from inception to completion. You’ll ensure site performance and progress align with contractual requirements, while setting up and delivering projects in line with Quality, Environmental, and Management Systems. Delivery must be safe, on time, and within budget.

As a Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of Site Management, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, this role is ideal for someone eager to make an impact and drive successful outcomes for the business and its clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage site performance and progress to meet contractual and quality standards.
• Contribute to the success of the department across production, commercial, and health & safety areas.
• Demonstrate strong leadership while embodying core company values, with a flexible and client-focused approach.
• Successfully deliver projects valued between £8-15 million.

What You’ll Need:

• A proven track record in project management, including main contracting experience—do you have this background?
• A relevant degree in construction or equivalent qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS Manager/Professional card, First Aid).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A desire to progress within the company and pride in delivering high-quality projects.
• A full driving license, with travel required to sites.
