Construction Quantity Surveyor

- Annual Salary: £45,000 - £80,000 (negotiable depending on experience)

Day-to-day of the role:
- Oversee the commercial management of various construction projects.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Report directly to the Commercial Director, providing regular updates on project progress.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure seamless execution and adherence to quality standards.
- Lead cost management and procurement processes.
- Manage contractual relationships with external clients, ensuring all parties meet their contractual obligations.
- Drive continuous improvement in cost efficiency and project delivery through innovative solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying with a relevant degree, or 7 years’ experience without a degree.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong commercial awareness and excellent negotiation skills.
- Proficient in cost management software and MS Office.
- Full, valid driving licence as regional and occasionally national travel is required.
- Strong leadership skills and experience as a commercial lead on multiple projects.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams across different disciplines.
