The business are looking for a hardworking, committed and enthusiastic individual with good IT skills who is able to demonstrate excellent customer care. You will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of reception duties and the provision of general support to the multidisciplinary team. Duties can include, but are not limited to, greeting and directing patients, effective use of the appointment system, booking appointments, the processing of information and assisting patients as required. You will act as the central point of contact for patients, the distribution of information, messages and enquiries for the clinical team members where necessary.
What you need to succeed.Previous experience of working in a reception setting previously, ideally within a care setting and have experience dealing with patients. You will have excellent IT skills, excellent customer service skills and be an all round people person.Due to the nature of the opening hours you would need to be flexible between Monday - Saturday and sometimes be able to work late nights.This is initially a temporary contract with view to leading to a permanent role for the right candidate.Receptionist
