What We're Looking For:

Experience in Recruitment - Proven experience as a 360 Permanent recruiter
Excellent Communication Skills - You'll need to be comfortable liaising with both clients and candidates at all levels.

What You'll Do:

Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture
Grown and build client portfolio through business development and networking
Source, screen, and interview candidates for permanent roles
Negotiate offers and close deals, ensuring both clients and candidates are satisfied
Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, becoming their trusted advisor
