Description
- Processing invoices and managing the accounts payable ledger.
- Providing administrative support to the finance team.
- Assisting with the year-end audit process.
- Complying with all financial regulations and standards.
- Assisting with payroll administration.
Profile
The successful Finance Assistant should have:
- Demonstrable experience in a similar Finance Assistant role
- Proficiency in using finance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
