Reed are working with a client seeking a dedicated Finance Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis, 3 months initially with potential for permanent. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of managing multiple financial tasks effectively.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Perform bank reconciliations and receipting from bank statements.
  • Raise receivable and purchase ledger invoices.
  • Conduct reconciliations of credit card statements.
  • Assist with credit control tasks as needed.
  • Ensure accuracy in all financial records and reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in financial record-keeping and general accounting.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
