PHP / Laravel Developer – Gateshead - £50K -£55K DOE
Hybrid – 2/3 days from office.
I’m currently hiring for a PHP / Laravel Developer to take on a pivotal role within a Web Design company. You will work directly with a core business client and be responsible for the development of a brand new high-traffic website and a cutting-edge online application. This role offers the opportunity to be involved from the initial concept through to the build and launch of innovative digital solutions.
The successful PHP / Laravel Developer will be involved in architecture discussions, you will decide what technology, tools are used and influence the direction of the website and applications.

Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in PHP and Laravel framework.
- REST API’s
- HTML, CSS
- JavaScript / Typescript
- Experience with JS Libraries like React, Vue will be highly desirable.
- MySQL
- Proven experience in developing high-traffic websites and online applications.
- Self-sufficient with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of web development best practices and design patterns.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Salary for this role is up to £55K DOE + benefits – flexible working and hybrid working.
