Sonic Summary
- We are seeking a HVAC Extraction Unit Cleaner for a remote position based in Gateshead, starting immediately.

This role is remote and will involve travelling and the requirement to stay away from home.
You could be away for 14 days at a time.
The rate for this role is 13.00 per hour and 18 per hour overtime. You will receive a daily meal allowance and accommodations will be provided.
This is to work night shifts onsite at customer locations, stripping down, cleaning and reassembling large kitchen extraction units.
Responsibilities of the HVAC Cleaner:
* Cleaning of Local Exhaust Ventilation Systems
* Cleaning of Kitchen Extraction Systems
* Kitchen Deep Cleans
* General Cleaning Duties
As HVAC Operative/Industrial Cleaner you will need to have:
* Ability to prioritise workloads
* Have good attention to detail
* Willingness to learn new roles and be developed and take on supervisory responsibilities
* Be able to work at pace
* Knowledge of cleaning methods materials and equipment.
* Knowledge of Health & Safety, Manual Handling, COSHH and risk assessments.
* Ability to understand and read instructions;
* Previous experience in a similar post;
* Ability to work as part of a team;
* Full Driving Licence preferred but not an essential
This is not a regular cleaning job and doesn't involve cleaning offices etc.
This is a long term opportunity with the chance to grow within the business and gain certificates such as IPAF/ CSCS
