Roles and Responsibilities:
Modify patterns to engineering drawings supplied
Completion of inspection reports
Investigation and rectification, where required, any non-conformance's reported
Completion of tasks to an agreed time scale to meet production requirements
Checking plant and equipment are safe and fit for purpose prior to use
Liaison with the production team in order to progress castings
Qualifications and Experience:
A time-served Pattern Maker
Ability to read and understand engineering and production drawings
Knowledge of production processes
Knowledge of relevant Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality processes and legislation
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to prioritise and work under pressure to deadlines and targets
Pattern Maker day shift position 07:00 - 15:30 (Monday - Thursday) 07:00 - 12:00 (Friday)
