About the Role

We're offering a unique opportunity for a talented designer who thrives in both print and digital environments.

This Graphic & Web Designer role is a perfect blend of creative challenges, split equally between crafting stunning seasonal catalogues and designing impactful digital campaigns.

You'll lead the production of 80+ page catalogues, along with supporting print materials like magazine ads, posters, and leaflets, showcasing our eco-friendly products and inspiring sustainable choices.

When not working on catalogues, you'll collaborate on fresh and engaging email marketing campaigns that drive sales and deepen our connection with customers.

As part of a collaborative design and marketing team, you will also be involved in the ongoing evolution of our existing websites, which we're always looking to improve both visually and functionally. When required, you will also work alongside our development team in designing new additional sites for commercial partners.

Each of our brands has its own unique and strong personality; as such, you should be able to work to brand guidelines, as well as assisting in developing them further.

Working Hours

The working hours for this Graphic & Web Designer role are Monday to Friday, 9am till 5:30pm. Hybrid working opportunities are available after an initial probation period.

Essential Skills
  • All the usual Mac skills apply; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
  • Creative flair, originality, and a strong visual sense with the ability to develop a creative tone of voice for our communications
  • Self-starter with commercial awareness and an understanding of branding, brand image and identity for multiple brands
  • Ability to multi-task and work cross-brand
  • Ability to provide quick turnaround working under time pressures
  • Ability to translate briefs and work to guidelines
  • Demonstrable portfolio of strong layout, typographic and digital skills
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant or agency experience
Desirable Skills
  • Experience in print design, print process, and print finishing
  • Artwork & Photography reprographic skills
  • Design for mobile and tablet devices
  • Fundamentals of UX/UI design
  • Experience of working with eCommerce and conversion-focused web design
  • Writing SEO-optimised copy
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS & Web Design principles
  • Understanding of CRM/email sending and deliverability
  • Understanding of technical and visual requirements behind HTML/Multipart email
  • Design and coding
  • Understanding of ethical and naturall focused brands or marketplace will be a strong advantage
