THE BUSINESS

Westray Recruitment Group is recruiting skilled MIG Welders to work within a heavy industrial environment. This role requires experience in welding and fabrication in a heavy engineering setting, with a focus on quality and precision.

THE ROLE

As a MIG Welder, your responsibilities will include:

• Working from technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrications

• Providing bespoke welding and fabrication services

• Operating presses, guillotines, benders, and various hand tools (e.g., sets, scribes, chop saws)

• Conducting fitting and assembly tasks to meet project specifications

THE EXPERIENCE

• Prior experience in a heavy engineering environment

• Background as a fabricator/welder with MIG welding skills

• Ability to work independently and meet high standards

• Reliability, dedication, and flexibility

THE CONTRACT

This is a temp-to-perm role with long-term employment potential.
