  • Ensure passenger safety and comfort.

What we want from you:
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every passenger has a smooth and enjoyable journey. 
  • Strong communicator, confident in interacting clearly and professionally with all passengers. 
  • Warm, approachable, and professional, always maintaining a polished appearance. 
  • Confident in public speaking, delivering safety demos and assisting passengers effortlessly. 
Essential Requirements for the role:
  • 18+ years old with an arm reach of 210 cm (on tiptoes).
  • Fluent English (spoken & written). 
  • Educated to at least GCSE or A Level standard or an equivalent high school diploma. 
  • Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity).
  • Ability to swim and meet medical requirements.
  • Right to live and work in the UK.
  • Willing to relocate within 90 minutes of Luton Airport or Gatwick Airport.
  • No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
