Benefits of working as a Maintenance Worker:
- Competitive pay rates: £12.42 per hour
- 5 Month fixed term contract
- Monday to Friday from 6am to 2pm
- Full training provided
- Company Vehicle (used from Three Bridges Hub) or Railcard
Duties of a Maintenance Worker:
- Maintain the hedges through trimming
- Strim grassed areas / Weeding / Leaf clearance
- Maintain and clean all signage including minor installations / minor works
- Ensure the site is clean, tidy and free of litter
- Maintaining the grounds and vegetation within the car parks and grounds.
- Removal and/or relocation of existing payment equipment across the estate
- Carry out Minor works: Car-park lining / relining, post installations.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience of working in a similar role
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather
- Excellent attention to detail
- Team player with good communication skills
- Commitment to health and safety practices
