Job title: Sales Executive
As Sales Executive you will promote and sell the organisation's products and services including spare parts and provide technical sales support. Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
Responsibilities:
- Pursue sales leads, visiting existing and new customers to meet sales target levels. Report the activities to CRM.
- Negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority; and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.
- Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
- Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
- Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
Requirements:
- Sales experience ideally within a related industry
- Experience in customer relationship management - CRM
- Experience and knowledge of engineering production and or service is also desirable
- Proven ability to drive and develop equipment / service sales and profitability
- Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships
- Negotiation and networking skills
