The purpose of the role is:
  • Develop and maintain processes and templates for consistent planning approach
  • Define and agree applicable project planning requirements and programme
  • Coordinate between internal and external stakeholders to deliver project planning requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to differentiate and/or provide competitive edge.
  • Create robust and integrated project plans which address market challenges, project risks, health and safety and cost planning.
Must haves
  • Data Centre Experience - 3 years minimum
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Good customer relationship and service skills
  • Technical understanding of project activities
  • Experience on stages of delivery services from Tender, contract to Practical Completion
  • Microsoft Project Programmes (and additional MS Office tools)
  • Mechanical and Electrical Understanding
  • Ability to write programmes, or willingness to learn
  • Confidence to manage clients, attend site to meet customers as well as to lead pivotal meetings
