The purpose of the role is:
- Develop and maintain processes and templates for consistent planning approach
- Define and agree applicable project planning requirements and programme
- Coordinate between internal and external stakeholders to deliver project planning requirements.
- Identify opportunities to differentiate and/or provide competitive edge.
- Create robust and integrated project plans which address market challenges, project risks, health and safety and cost planning.
- Data Centre Experience - 3 years minimum
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Good customer relationship and service skills
- Technical understanding of project activities
- Experience on stages of delivery services from Tender, contract to Practical Completion
- Microsoft Project Programmes (and additional MS Office tools)
- Mechanical and Electrical Understanding
- Ability to write programmes, or willingness to learn
- Confidence to manage clients, attend site to meet customers as well as to lead pivotal meetings
