LHH Recruitment Solutions are currently working with a leading financial services organisation with the recruitment of a Senior Treasury Analyst on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Sussex based business who offer a wonderful, values driven working culture.

In this role, you will be the treasury subject matter expert and support the business with risk analysis and provide updates on regulatory developments.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce interest and liquidity regulatory returns for specific entities.
  • Generate daily market and counterparty risk reports for the client's banks.
  • Maintain and update the setup of FIS Balance Sheet Manager.
  • Prepare documents for management committees and senior management.
  • Ensure SLA KPIs and Group reporting deadlines are met.
  • Participate in projects as they arise.
  • Produce and maintain standardised procedure documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Treasury within a financial services organisation (essential)
  • Proactive and self-driven with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Client-centric approach with a focus on timely deliverables.
  • Efficient time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Organised, diligent, and methodical.
  • Enthusiastic, positive, and result-focused.
  • A strong team player with the ability to develop and manage working relationships.
  • Interested in innovation and process enhancement.

The role is being recruited on a hybrid basis of 3 days a week in modern offices along with lots of flexibility as required.

Salary is up to £80k plus good bonus and excellent benefits.
