Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Finance & Operations Co-ordinator to join an expanding business in the London Bridge area on a permanent contract.

Your duties will include:

  • Collaborate with the Operations team to understand and manage budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and efficient allocation of resources
  • Analyse and present findings on the profitability of contracts and projects, providing insights to support strategic decisions
  • Prepare annual uplifts for customers, variations to contract costs and agreements based on mid-cycle operational changes & CRM/ERP billing and budget entry
  • Raise, approve, and manage purchase orders, working closely with the Operations team to ensure works are completed within budget and billing is accurate
  • Prepare financial reports and summaries to provide visibility into financial performance and support decision-making
  • Work closely with various departments, including Operations, to ensure alignment of financial goals and support business objectives

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial management or a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel and accounting systems
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proactive and able to identify and implement process improvements
