As the Global People Partner Lead, reporting to the Vice President, you will drive the people agenda and serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team. Within your business unit you will support circa 550 employees. You will ensure the implementation of global HR processes aligns with policies, practices, and objectives.
In this role, personal impact and credibility are essential to influence key decision makers and drive future growth. This is a pivotal position where such duties will include:
- Assisting the senior leadership team on global employee surveys, coaching, organisational design and development, job architecture
- Delivering on succession planning, strategic workforce review, talent review, organisational efficiency
- Contribute to the development of global HR processes and programs
- Contribute to strategic planning and decision making at the business line level to align the corporate people strategy with other business strategies
- Increase the use of meaningful data-driven insights, enabling the organisation to improve decision making on people related matters, promoting a comprehensive people management strategy
- Stakeholder management. Build trust and ensure a people centric and value-added approach that supports business objectives.
The successful individual will be a highly ambitious HR Business partner with a proven track record in a matrix organisation, ideally in the engineering and manufacturing type sectors. Your ability to navigate both strategic and operational duties, coupled with your proficiency in change management, organisational development and redesign will be instrumental in driving success. You will have a proactive, solutions-driven mindset with the ability to work within a fast paced and changing environment with ongoing project plans, executing against the plan in a timely way. Strong business acumen and influencing and stakeholder management skills are essential.
