About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Records Administrator with experience in maintenance management systems to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong aviation administration background to support airline operations and technical records compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
  • Review and process job cards, customer paperwork, and missing stamps.
  • Upload data from AMOS to STREAM and liaise with Customer CAMOs.
  • Perform audits on Aircraft Technical Log (ATL) pages, Work Packs, and Engineering Documentation.
  • Compile reports and provide feedback to the Lead Technical Records Administrator and management team.
  • Scan and electronically file documentation in line with procedures.
  • Work closely with Production Planning and Technical Services teams during maintenance projects.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain an audit-ready records department.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in a Base Maintenance / Modifications Technical Records role.
  • Strong proficiency in using AMOS and/or STREAM.
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude with strong teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Previous experience in a Part-145 MRO environment is highly desirable.
