  • Manage all aspects of conveyancing from initial instruction through to post-completion.
  • Oversee residential sales and purchases.
  • Handle remortgage and equity release transactions.
  • Review and assess titles for freehold and leasehold properties.
  • Manage transfer of equity and matrimonial transfers.
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to conveyancing assistants within the department.
  • Build and maintain client relationships within the local area.
  • Identify opportunities to refer clients to other departments as appropriate.
