Introduction:
Our prestigious client, one of the biggest players globally in aviation, is seeking motivated, efficient, and engaged individuals to join their team. Your role, as a Warehouse Manager / Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Team Lead, is essential in supporting the London Gatwick Part-145 maintenance operation, along with the wider network and customer base, specifically in relation to tools and GSE support and oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an organised and clean LGW Hangar stores facility, ensuring outstanding housekeeping practices.
- Ensure proper storage of components, parts, materials, and tools in line with OEM recommendations and EASA/IAA regulations.
- Oversee the issuance and return of materials, consumables, and tools with meticulous attention to detail.
- Support the inspection team with goods-in processes, ensuring all conditions and paperwork requirements are met as needed.
- Monitor stock levels and shelf life of parts and consumables, escalating concerns within the Supply Chain as required.
- Continuously assess the store operation’s effectiveness, supporting the Lead Store Person with procedure adaptation and creation.
- Collaborate with the Lead Store Person and Tooling Specialists to conduct regular tooling audits, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records.
- Prioritise and prepare aircraft parts for maintenance inputs.
- Support the cleanliness, tidiness, and overall upkeep of the LGW Hangar stores.
- Operate the AMOS maintenance system effectively.
- Ensure workplace health and safety standards are consistently met.
- Maintain compliance with Dangerous Goods Awareness regulations.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Knowledge of industry and regulatory agency requirements (desirable).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Experience with the AMOS system (highly desirable).
- At least two years of experience in a Warehouse/Store environment (desirable).
- Knowledge of Part 145 Store Keeping requirements.
- Experience in developing or adapting Stores procedures (desirable).
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn in-house systems.
- Flexibility to travel regularly for additional work requirements and training opportunities.
