An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lounge Host/Hostess to work in Gatwick Airport, this position is for a VIP lounge. If you have experience working in lounge or busy restaurant then would like to hear from you!Pay from £12.60 p/hTiming: 06:00am – 14:00pm and 14:00pm – 22:00pmFlexible for weekendsAs Lounge Host/Hostess you will be responsible for:• Greet passenger and to create a great first impression, must have an engaging personality• To know the complete procedure and policies of the lounge, up sell lounge services where necessary• To be familiar with the lounge menu and offer advice about dietaries and allergies• Set up the food and lounge area and clearing stations and stock up on food and beverages• Prepare beverages and serve to guest to avoid queues• Must have very good communication as you would be required to resolve guest queriesIn return Lounge Host/Hostess will receive:• Payrate of £12.60 p/h• Full time hours plus overtime oppourtunities• Company uniform and ongoing training with progression• Criminal Record Check (DBS) re-imbursed after 4 weeksAs Lounge Host/Hostess you must have:• Previous experience working in similar environment or come hospitality background• Excellent knowledge of Food and Beverages with interpersonal skills• Ability to learn lounge service procedures and menus quickly• Excellent command of english with great verbal and written ability• Ability to work flexible hours, ability to commute to Gatwick as early as 04:00AM and finish late shift at 22:00Candidate with experience as Host, Hostess, Food Runner, Waiter, Waitress, Food or Beverage Assistant or Bar Staff will be highly desirable.If you feel you have the skills required for this Lounge Host position, then click on the link below or contact Mandi in our East Midlands Office.Aviation Recruitment Network Limited (ARNL) is acting as an Employment Business for this position
