We are recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a well-established manufacturing company in Buckingham. This company specialises in the production of high-quality wooden pallets and is looking for a reliable and skilled forklift driver to support their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a counterbalance forklift to move materials, load and unload goods, and support production processes.

Transport wooden pallets and raw materials safely within thewarehouseand manufacturing facility.

Ensure all stock is stored correctly and efficiently in designated areas.

Conduct routine checks and maintenance of the forklift to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Work collaboratively with the production andwarehouseteams to meet operational targets.

Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

Valid FLT Counterbalance Licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited).

Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift in awarehouseor manufacturing environment.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting.

Good attention to detail and awareness of workplace safety procedures.

Reliability, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
