As an Software Development Manager, you will  lead projects and drive innovation in automotive, motorsport industries. Reporting to the Engineering Director, this role requires strong technical leadership and project management skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Lead and manage engineering projects across hardware, electronics, firmware, and software disciplines.

Facilitate complex technical discussions and drive R&D initiatives.

Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.

Manage project schedules, risks, and resource allocation.

Mentor engineering teams and promote technical excellence.

 

Requirements:

 

5-7 years of engineering experience, ideally in automotive, motorsport, or related sectors.

2+ years of leadership experience in a technical environment.

Strong system-level thinking with expertise in at least one engineering discipline.

Proven track record in technical decision-making and innovation.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Expertise in Embedded C++, Automotive software development, and electronics
