What You Will Do:

- Plan and coordinate test activities, ensuring efficient delivery of quality assured test data for HV Traction Battery Systems.

- Prepare test facilities, automation routines, and parts for assigned test phases, delivering crucial data for design and technological advancement.

- Provide quality assured data, supporting teams with data analysis and interpretation to meet customer test requests.

- Lead problem-solving activities, ensuring adherence to safety policies and procedures.

- Utilize data analysis and visualization tools effectively to support design verification activities.

- Engage in continuous improvement of test facility operations and preparation of systems under test.

What You Will Bring:

- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, including experience with test automation and data acquisition systems.

- Strong knowledge of HV powertrain configuration, energy storage technologies, and communication protocols.

- Significant experience in data acquisition, control systems, and reporting of test data.

- A structured approach to problem-solving in technical environments, with a keen eye for detail.

- A degree in Systems, Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field, complemented by a full UK driving license.
