I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Business Change Manager to join their team
Job Description
As Business Change Manager, your main responsibilities include:
- Work closely with digital squads, to define the required business change and help deploy best change management practices
- Support taking new digital products to market and driving adoption across global teams
- Working with key stakeholders to carry out change impact analysis, in support of business change interventions
- Leading process design and documentation required, to implement business change
- Creation of relevant communications materials to all stakeholders impacted by business change
Qualifications / Skills needed
- Experience with business change tools and techniques, and deploying business change activity, including change impact assessment, process design, change plans, communication plans and training plans, with an agile mindset
- Experience of operating service support functions, within an enterprise environment
- Experience of working within an agreed SLA framework and monitoring of associated KPIs
- Experience of managing multiple projects, on time and to high quality
- Previous experience of strategy and transformation implementation
