Position Description:

As announced in the recent Reimagine launch, we need to offer new and ever evolving products and services, at pace, responding rapidly to changes in consumer expectations. We are on an exciting journey to increase our Business Agility. We have embraced it Agile and its Frameworks as part of the ReFocus Transformation Programme, it is within this that we are looking to recruit Agile Coaches.

As an Agile coach you will play a role in guiding teams through they Agile Journey. You will work closely with Teams and Stakeholders to instill Agile Principles and practices, foster a culture on continuous improvement and drive Business Agility. You will coach at a Domain/group and squad level within our Product and Programe delivery Programme.

This role will act across a complex and fast changing landscape with a view to improve business Agility. You will also be responsible to help delivery our Agile Training School and any training to key roles within their the Agile operating model and support the development of our self-managed learning site.

The role is responsible for engaging stakeholders (Group and Squad level), shaping their Agile transformation, and using data metrics to measure performance and maturity and monitor these core KPIs and value across programme.

The right person will have a core skill set in Agile frameworks, change management, Coaching, Mentoring and Training. The successful candidate will be able to show experience with Scaling Agile Frameworks, Knowledge of DevOps principles and Practices, Familiarity with Agile Tools and software (JIRA/Lucid)
