What You Will Do:

- Lead the end-to-end coordination and responsibility for Instrument Panels & Consoles (IP&C) assemblies across two models, from planning through to delivery.

- Gather and consolidate requirements from engineering customers, ensuring all needs are met efficiently.

- Manage Bills of Materials (BoM) for assemblies, aligning them to the required build level and part maturities.

- Coordinate and manage parts ordering, rate and flow, and resolve any issues related to part shortages, particularly for content not yet released by engineering.

- Support property build by coordinating build planning, resolving issues, and managing the logistics of properties into testing.

- Utilize robust Excel Skills for project management and cross-functional working.

 

What You Will Bring:

- Strong proficiency in Excel and understanding of Bills of Materials (BoMs) and CAD visualisation.

- A background in engineering and testing, ideally within the automotive sector.

- Experience in project management with a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.

- Knowledge of automotive engineering build and/or test processes.

- Degree in a relevant field is desired but not essential, with significant importance placed on experience and skill set.
