What You Will Do:

  • Coordinate and facilitate core Manufacturing technology forums, including Trim and Final Assembly.
  • Develop key inputs to support the Integrated Business Planning process at the plant level.
  • Build a robust network across the enterprise to support Technology forum objectives.
  • Capture, share, and diffuse best practices, lessons learnt, and innovation ideas across Manufacturing plants.
  • Facilitate internal and external benchmarking activities to foster a collaborative learning culture.
  • Support cross-technology forum knowledge sharing through central team integration.

What You Will Bring:

  • Proven experience in Technology Operational and/or Global Manufacturing Engineering, preferably in BIW or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Strong networking and stakeholder management skills within Enterprise, Industrial Operations, and Manufacturing.
  • Exceptional facilitation, coordination, and planning capabilities for complex workstreams.
  • The ability to influence senior stakeholders and leadership groups both inside and outside of Manufacturing.
  • A visionary approach to nurturing innovation and capturing best practices.
