What You Will Do:

- Define problems for issues identified during system simulation, rig testing, and engineering fleet usage.

- Utilise fleet data to address and resolve current vehicle issues effectively.

- Coordinate across Engineering, Manufacturing, Service, and Quality to ensure integrated test planning issues are comprehensively addressed.

- Deliver problem resolutions in Engineering or Manufacturing with a structured failure mode avoidance and problem-solving approach.

- Ensure adherence to Quality Operating Systems procedures & deliverables.

- Support the continuous stream of new product launches, ensuring quality is paramount.

What You Will Bring:

- Proven experience in cross-functional coordination within Engineering, Manufacturing, Service, and Quality.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a structured approach to failure mode avoidance.

- Previous involvement in Vehicle Launch or Plant Vehicle operations, with a track record of delivering effective problem resolutions.

- Knowledge of Quality Operating Systems procedures and deliverables.

- A relevant Degree or equivalent experience is preferred; Six Sigma Green Belt is an advantage.
