Programme Delivery Analyst

Location: Gaydon – Hybrid
Contract Type: Ongoing, Inside IR35
Rate: £33.40 per hour (Umbrella)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Programme Delivery Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will utilise data analytics to assess the latest status of the production release (P-Release) and identify areas of concern for further investigation. The Programme Delivery Analyst will coordinate daily reviews with programme and unit members, working closely with Procurement teams and Engineers to improve delivery plans and reduce lead times.

Your role will involve managing communications with stakeholders, ensuring the issue management system is updated, prioritised, and escalated where appropriate. You will be responsible for supporting the team in removing impediments and enabling the team to deliver business objectives. This is a Hybrid position based in Gaydon, offering a balanced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise data analytics to understand the latest status of the production release (P-Release) and identify areas for investigation.
  • Coordinate daily reviews with programme and unit members to establish improvement activity aimed at reducing lead times.
  • Collaborate with Procurement teams and Engineers to create improved delivery plans from suppliers.
  • Identify alternative procurement routes or part pedigrees when necessary.
  • Manage communications with stakeholders via the daily report-out.
  • Ensure the issue management system is updated, prioritised, and escalated where appropriate.
  • Support the team in removing impediments, enabling them to deliver business objectives.

Skills Required:

  • Experience in Programme delivery with milestones and gateways.
  • Automotive experience.
  • Metric development expertise.

Experience Required:

  • Experience in automotive or relevant supply chain management.
