About the Role:
Our client, a well-known and ambitious care provider with exciting growth plans, is looking for a Regional Clinical Manager. This role supports the Home Managers across their region, ensuring high-quality care, compliance with regulatory standards, and operational excellence. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RGN) with a strong background in management and a passion for improving care standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct internal audits and work with Home Managers to develop action plans.
  • Assist Home Managers in delivering exceptional care and operational efficiency.
  • Provide short-term coverage for Home Managers during absences (sickness & annual leave).
  • Act as a positive role model and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Requirements:
  • Active Nurse PIN (RGN).
  • Substantial knowledge of regulatory standards, including the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
  • Experience in budgeting, resource management, and team leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills for identifying key strengths, training needs, and areas for service improvement.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with local authorities, CCGs, and other stakeholders.
