A reputable construction company is seeking an experienced Civils Site Manager to oversee and deliver key infrastructure and groundwork projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on a range of civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

• Oversee all aspects of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Liaise effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and reporting.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in civil engineering, infrastructure, or groundworks.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and health & safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Certifications required: SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work.
• Full UK driving licence.
